We offer a 30-day money back guarantee on all WaldoPet devices. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us within 30 days of the original purchase date for a full refund of the purchase price, excluding any shipping charges.
Conditions for Returns:
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

Please note that while the purchase of the WaldoPet device is eligible for a refund, any subscription services for cellular towers are non-refundable.
