4. Device Purchase and Subscription

Our GPS Smart Collar devices are available for purchase upfront, and we offer a subscription service for cellular tower connectivity. By purchasing our device and subscribing to our service, you agree to pay the applicable fees and abide by the terms of our subscription agreement.

5. User Content

You are solely responsible for any content you submit, transmit, or display through the Service, including but not limited to pet location data, images, and text. By using the Service, you grant WaldoPet a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display your content in connection with the Service.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by WaldoPet and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, WaldoPet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; or (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
